Ok here is the problem I recently had to get a new hardrive installed and everything seemed fine and great until I tryed to play Guild Wars. Now everytime I try to play the game as soon as I log off my computer restarts and when it comes back on a microsoft window pops up and says the system has come across a problem and ask if I would like to send an error report so I do and then the microsoft pops up and in true microsoft fashion says that a device driver has caused the problem and that there is currently no solution for this. My video card is a Nvedia 6600 GT and my sound card is an SOund Blaster 24-Live so I have no idea what is going on and would really like to start playing again so if anyone can help it would be much apperiated.

first get rid of all traces of the old video driver with the removal tool on site (nvidia) and install the latest drivers for your device.

same for the sound blaster

if trouble continues remove or disable the sound card to see if there is a conflict between them

if a store/repair place installed it for you take it back so you dont screw any warranty by messing with it before taking it back
